The BMW E3 New Six luxury saloon, of various engine capacities 2.5L - 3.3L was launched in 1968. Many long-standing design cues appeared first on this car, with detail work by Bertone and Michelotti. The E3 was replaced by the BMW 7-Series in the 1970s.
