	"Fast" is just about the only word to describe Penny when jamming. thanks to her
massive plasma-flare booster wings, she can fling herself through the pack by sheer force and
run a lap in near-record time.
	Penny carries a mask of imitation, allowing her to use the abilities of anyone she
touches, ally or opponent, for a brief period of time. Her wings alo double as her main 
weapons, either swiveling forward to launch a half-burned plasma charge, or detatch completely
to become a set of arm blades. however, without the stabilizing effect of the wing/blades, the
resulting plasma venting can fling her undirected into the nearest obstacle.
