Crystal Method- Designation 78-TC-JF Fresh out of the warehouse/desert/underground/your backyard rave scene, Crystal Method and the rest of the Kandie Korps have arrived to give you their own style of PLUR- Pushy, Loud, Unstoppable Rollergirls! The Kandie Korps came about a while back during a conversation with Roxi Contin (yes, she exists, and is a darn cool person) about decorating one's equipment, such as the common practise of airbrushing one's skates/helmet. I suggested painting the wrist guards to look like raver's beaded bracelets, or Kandie. (or candy, or candie, or kandy, depending on how you wish to spell it.) and everything just fell together from there. as for the mech, I looked at a Bordakh cowl piece and thought to myself HAHAHA GIANT ROBOT PHAT PANTS OMG. and I assembled the bot in ten minutes henceforth. Crystal Method has shown up at recent matches "just to watch," but the fact that she brings her mech--whose colors are so bright they can be seen from space--hints that she's definitely intent on using it in the future. she also has been overheard speaking of her "kru," so perhaps Mata Nuva will be playing host to more than one glowstick-swinging rollerbot. Crystal carries the innate ability to make others around her feel happier and less combative, thus giving her a more competitive edge. combined with her glowsticks that can subtly alter reality (such as the perception of where teammates and the track are) when swung, she proves to be a cunning adversary. Her triple Mirus give her unparallelled jumping skills, and has been known to leap over full packs of 10 mechs at a time. it hs also been rumored that the robot itself can transform into a fully functioning tank, but that has yet to be seen.
