Well, this one's pretty simple, but I didn't see anybody trying it yet. Anyway, here's the recipe:

Four towball sockets: http://peeron.com/inv/parts/3731

Two Technic steering arms small: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/6571

Add two steering links and some jumper bricks and you'll be pretty much done.

I've added some more pictures to show that yes, it indeed fits. 
I don't have the time to deconstruct my Ferrari model and add the full steering,
but if you do and have some pictures, I'd love to see them*. 
I could add them here, giving full credit if desired.
