Building completed in 1906
Destroyed by the allied bombings on the city on 21 july 1944.
Building remains completely removed in 1955.

LEGO model build after photo's taken from the remaining original plans dating from 1906.
Not all the plans are available, for example: there's nothing available from the whole tower above the fence (above the round clock holes).
No plans of the 2 street facades, and some plans are drawn on scale.
This means that you lose the scale when taking a picture to print them.
