RCX input sensor mux turns 1 RCX input into 6 passive and 4 active input sensor.

Changes were made to brickOS so that the sensor ports could communicate with the pic.  
This is a prototype unit.  The pic will eventually be surface mount so the whole assembly will be thinner.
The purpose of the 1 extra electronic stud is so that new firmware can be flashed into the unit while it is 
mounted and sealed in the brick.
