Frontier Scoot

*A short range transport
*One man crew
*Hovers up to 15 m above surface
*Collects magnetic particles from planet thru under-wing mounted
 osmatic arrays...redirects thru rear manifold
*uses magnetic acceleration and particle collection to operate
 'spitball' gun atop chasis

This was a 'timed' MOC.....30 minutes to see what I could come up 
with.
