Rocket Runner can shoot with his laser gun, slash with his dual-bladed flame sword, and fly at supersonic speed, but his specialty is running! He can run at over 200 miles per hour, thanks to his back-mounted booster pack and shoulder-mounted spoilers. For night running, there are small headlights attached to the spoilers and huge red safety lights behind each of his legs.
