This is pretty much a hybrid design of the AC-130 close air support weapons platform.  While the armaments fit the AC-130H "Spectre" variant with the dual 20mm Vulcans the sensor bumps 'n humps are a closer match to the AC-130U "Spooky" model.  To make things even more interesting the camoflague paint scheme hasn't been used on the AC-130 since the AC-130A days during the Vietnam war (modern schemes are a mottled grey that makes for better aerial camo).  Unfortunately Lego doesn't make all the parts necessary to build a modern grey color scheme so instead we got ourselves a '70's paint job.  

Now that it's all done I say that inaccuracies aside it looks MIGHTY fine!
