Hello, my dear LEGO friends !!
I'm Kotaro Ono (registered as EARL-0),
a 70's-born LEGO-FAN lives in Tokyo/JAPAN. 

I designed and built this "PARROT",
--- the minifig-scale scooter.

This 2-wheeled vehicle is built by using ;
 hinges,
 a speederbike's handle,
 aeroplane's landing gears.
