This gearbox has 3 speeds and reverse.

The reductions are as following:
1) 0.36 (Blue gears)
2) 0.60 (Red gears)
3) 1.00 (Grean gears)
R) 0.36 (Cyan gears)

The yellow axle joiner connects to the motor and the pink axle joiner will
connect to the driveshaft towards the wheels.
