After Bruce Hietbrink's input with LDraw (http://news.lugnet.com/castle/?n=20098)
I revised my model and came up with a minifi scale horseshoe arch.

With help of many light gray technic 1 x 4 bricks I managed
to do some mosaic pattern with the various gray 1 x 1 plates.
On the biggest of the two pics you can easily see how it's done.
