This patriotic color scheme was chosen by Nathan Alano. The model is 
a slightly modified version of Stefan Garcia's 0-4-0 Porter Tank engine. You can see his version at

The porter.mpd in this folder is based on Stefan Garcia's. I only removed
redundant parts, re-sequenced parts and added steps to the main model.
