The Citroen Xantia, launched in 1992, was paired with the Peugeot 405 as PSA mid-size, FWD cars. Larger than the BX it replaced. Engines were mainly E-W 4-cylinders, though a V6 engine was optional. Handsome bodywork by Bertone.
