For 1968 a model on the intermediate F85 platform was the 4-4-2. Add to that the special Hurst model, which include a 455 CID - 7.5 litre V8 with with 390 HP. This made the Oldsmobile 4-4-2 Hurst Special Hardtop one of the eras fastest muscle cars.
