Upgrading from Stage 2 to Stage 3 was not a huge rebuild. Weapons systems were added all over the ship. In addition to the two droid shuttles from Stage Two, a manned shuttlebay was added to Delta Section, and a 2-wheeled truck was added to Epsilon.
